An order to provision CS subscription with default server fails with Storage type [LOCAL] is not allowed

Symptoms

An order to provision CS subscription with default server fails with the following error:

Storage type [LOCAL] is not allowed for the subscription

or:

Incomplete VS Template - default OS does not exist

This behavior is recognized as CCU-19826 by CloudBlue R&D and has been fixed in the latest Cloud Infrastructure hotfix.

Please cancel the order, install the latest Cloud Infrastructure hotfix (the link here is for CI 17.13) and provision a new subscription.
