Symptoms
A Promotion assignment priority has been changed since upgrade to Odin Automation Premium 7.4.
In Odin Automation Premium 7.3 and earlier if two Global Promotions were applicable to the same Service Plan and Subscription Period, a Promotion with Available For Activation period set had higher priority.
However in Odin Automation Premium 7.4 under the same conditions, a Promotion with lower ID is applied.
Cause
The issue is caued by #FND-3666 "Global promotions selection has been changed in 7.4"

Please contact your Technical Account Manager or a member of Pooled Technical Associates Team to clarify status of the software-related issue.
