Default CS and VPS resource types were not created after Cloud Infrastructure APS installation

Symptoms

OACI CS* and VPS* resources were not created after paci_aps package installation on MN (step #4 ). They should exist according to Deployment Results

APS-Based Hardware Node Management was enabled, pa-agent and pau services restarted.

The default content (CS and VPS resource types) are created after IM will be registered in OA.

This situation was recognized by CloudBlue R&D team as documentation issue CCU-19875.

Please proceed with IM deploy.
