Symptoms

Domain transfer order fails:

Service Creation Failed: Service provisioning has failed with unexpected system error. Please inspect the details in 'Operations' mode.

In /var/log/pa/core.log:

Cause

Orphaned entries as domain hosting configurators after Windows Shared Hosting module removal. The behavior is considered as a software issue FND-40.

Resolution

Contact CloudBlue Technical Support for a workaround.
