Symptoms
There are VEs with the same MAC addresses different hardware nodes . As the result, these VEs lose network connectivity.
Cause
Odin Automation Premium does not manage MAC addresses in Cloud Infrastructure.
Resolution
This situation has been recognized by CloudBlue R&D team as CCU-19179.
Please contact your Technical Account Manager or PTA in order to check the status of the request or set up the script to monitor the infrastructure for duplicated MAC addresses.
