Can't change resource usage for resource rates where resource for subscription

Symptoms

It is not possible to upgrade related resource limit from CCPv2, the following message occurs:

Error: Can't change resource usage for resource rates where resource <aps resource ID> for subscription <aps subscription id>

Cause

There is not completed Change Order for related resource in Billing

Resolution

This error is inoked by bizAPI.js plugin of 'Billing CCP' package

You can find it in browser debugger > package 7b7e073b-3b2c-4e96-aac5-f4e3e6c7279f/ui > sales-wizard > plugins > bizAPI.js

There is corresponding feature request PFR-2212 to make error message more verbose for the case of not completed order. You can contact your TAM or pta team (pta@cloudblue.com) to clarify the status of the request.
