On attempt to pay for order/invoice using option "Pay Using Available Credit" in CCPv2 the following error appears:



This error is caused by software related issue #PBA-84306 ""NullPointerException" on attempt to pay with avaialable balance if there are no payment methods shown in CCPv2". Please contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate to clarify the status of #PBA-84306.


To workaround the issue it is required to mark some customer's Payment Method, which is supported by CCPv2, as default (in PCP). With such configuration option "Pay Using Available Credit" will work correctly.
