Customer tries to increase OACI resource limits, for example, backup diskspace, but order fails with the following error in
Backup size exceeds limit: available XXX Gb < backup size YYY Gb
But in the control panel size of all backups does not exceed the limit. Also, the last backup of VE has failed with the very same message regarding backup size limits.
Order provisioning is blocked because entry related to the last failed backup was not cleaned-up from OACI DB. That occurs only if backup failed with 'Backup size exceeds limit'.
This issue has been reported to Developers team as CCU-17793 and will be fixed in future product versions.
Orphaned backup entry will be removed upon the next launch of scheduled backup job for this schedule.
