Symptoms
For big DB installations with the MySQL (1500+ DB and 100+ access hosts) any schema access operations under the non-root users experience performance degradation.
Cause
Issue is acknowledged as PFR-1573.

Contact Odin Technical Support to obtain workaround.
Contact your Technical Account Manager to trace the status of the issue.
