Symptoms

  1. After the upgrade to Odin Automation 7.3, tab of APS application in service template's settings is not displaying anything but loading/

  2. The following error is represented in Reseller's Control Panel:

    Error getting configuration data.

  3. The following error can be found in the browser's debugger:

    {"error":"APS::Util::Exception","message":"No APS operation found matching '/provisioningCustomization' request to 'http://parallels.com/aps/types/pa/serviceTemplate' resource."}

Cause

Software issue APS-43865. The fix will be included in one of the future product updates.

Resolution

Contact Odin Technical Support to work around the issue.
