Symptoms
Provider found several VEs, resource limits of which were set below minimal allowed by service template activation parameters. It was found that VE hardware configuration could be altered regardless of their minimum settings.
Cause
Possibility to order VPS hardware resources below minimal limit caused by software-related issue #CCU-17728.
