A Change Order to switch a Service Plan for Subscription with a Plesk license fails with the following error:
The last error - "Could not create License into Subscription #1231231: Invalid Key configuration Service Plan was changed to "New Service Plan".Please check the "Provisioning item" (details) and the last items of the "Service Status History" (details) of the associated subscriptions for more details. As soon as you fix the problem, resubmit this order for provisioning.
Existing license is terminated, new one is not issued with exception "Invalid Key configuration"
The issue is caused by #PBA-83078 "License is terminated on plan switch"
