Symptoms
The issue appears after the upgrade to Odin Automation 7.3.
After upgrade to 7.3, it is impossible to manage domains in CCP. An attempt to add any record to it or assign a service leads to:
An unforeseen error occurred. Please contact admin@example.com. Error ID: 1518835131311
An additional effect of the same issue is that transfer of such subscriptions between accounts completes successfully, while not all resources are transferred, and manageability of APS resources in CCP stops working.
The /var/log/pa/core.log during the subscription transfer contains the error:
Jan 29 11:55:33.764 : DBG [openapi:399442 1:12252:7fd588dfa700 lib ]: [ OwnerChangeScenario2x::validate] {module_id="SaaS"; code="47"} Unable to change subscriptions owner. APS application has direct associations with staff members of the old owner.
Cause
Incorrect 'owner' links for 'reginfo' APS resources after the upgrade to 7.3. The issue is known under internal ID POA-114866.
Resolution
Contact Odin Technical Support to apply the solution.
