It is not possible to view archived orders on the Operations > Orders > All Orders screen: after some time of waiting an error message is shown:

No response given from method Sort


On installations with a big number of archived orders, their list cannot be opened due to the internal issue PBA-84094. Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate Team at to clarify the status of this issue.


It is possible to view archived orders for some account. This can be done by clicking the View Archive button on the "Orders" tab of the account screen.
