Symptoms
The pem.ad.binding.getUserInfo OA API method returns 0 value instead of complete LDAP path for a user without external services assigned (for instance, Lync service).
Cause
The following set of API methods process users with external services assigned only:
pem.ad.binding.addUserBinding
pem.ad.binding.removeUserBinding
pem.ad.binding.getUserInfo
They do not process them even if user(s) exist on the Active Directory side, but have no external services assigned.
Resolution
Documentation improvement request #POA-114838: "[Documentation] Correct the pem.ad.binding.addUserBinding, pem.ad.binding.removeUserBinding and pem.ad.binding.getUserInfo API methods description" has been created to reflect this limitation in the Provider's Guide.
