Symptoms
Customer purchased new Office 365 subscription and noted the My Microsoft User ID field in CCPv2 does not contain valid login for the default administrator account.
Cause
Customer did not activate his administrator account. It should be done in order to set required password.
Resolution
Activate administrator account. In term of Office 365 activate is the same as confirm new password in order to be able to access Microsoft Partner Center on behalf of Global Administrator.
The phrase Assign the Office 365 service to yourself to start using it. is not clear enough and might be misleading. Feature Request #PFR-1473: "Office 365: Make "Assign the Office 365 service to yourself to start using it." more clear" has been addressed to Odin Development team.
