Task "Configure WebHosting Plesk default content" fails with the following output:

'ERROR: insert or update on table "Plan" violates foreign key constraint "Plan_planCategoryID"\nDETAIL: Key (planCategoryID)=(1) is not present in table "PlanCategory".\n', 'extype_id': 1, 'module_id': 'BillingApiManager', 'error_code': 1

If restarted, the task will have the following output error message:

'status': -1, 'error_message': 'org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: could not execute statement\norg.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: could not execute statement', 'extype_id': -1, 'module_id': '', 'error_code': -1


The issue is caused by software-related issue #WHM-10421 "Task "Configure WebHosting Plesk default content" fails with "violates foreign key constraint"".


This issue will be resolved in one of the future product updates. Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate Team ( in order to trace the current status of #WHM-10421.

In order to workaround the issue, delete all already created Service Templates of WebHosting Plesk and rerun the task. This should complete successfully.
