Cannot access MyLittleAdmin interface from PleskCP.

MyLittleAdmin interface does not open unless corresponding A record is added to DNS zone of brand domain:

A mssql.{webspace_id}.example.com    203.0.113.2

otherwise 'Server not found' error is returned.

Cause

Software issue WHM-3571. WebHosting Plesk does not create necessary records do DNS zone automatically to make users access MyLittleAdmin.

Resolution

The issue WHM-3571 was fixed in Odin Automation Premium 7.3. Please, consider to upgrade the platform to fix it permanently.

To fix the issue for existing webspaces:

  1. Find Technical Name of affected webspace on PCP > WebHosting Plesk > Webspaces tab.
  2. Open the zone of parent domain of webspace.

  3. Add A records like:

    mssql.{webspace_id}.example.com      203.0.113.2
