Symptoms
It is not possible to create any DNS record, the following error appears in CP:
An unforeseen error occurred
From /var/log/pa/core.log the following error appears at the same time:

Caused by: com.parallels.pa.service.aps.exception.APSInvocationException: com.parallels.pa.service.aps.exception.APSInvocationException: Unable to refer the resource '33f84db6-8880-44a0-aa2f-1183d015959a' out of limits.
The domains belongs to a subscription that was transferred between accounts before.
Cause
Some error during subscription transfer led to an inconsistency in domain/account resource relations in APS context.

Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate Team (pta@odin.com) to discuss available workaround for this issue.
