  1. Different errors could be seen at random during navigation in PCP:

    Module: "db_service", code = "1" Message: "DBService invocation error: IJ031070: Transaction cannot proceed: STATUS_MARKED_ROLLBACK".


    Parallels Operations Automation error #error_code #1, extype_id #1, module_id #AuthenticationManager, org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: could not prepare statement.
  2. Number of errors in in /var/log/pa/core.log:

    Unable to acquire JDBC Connection
  3. Errors in /var/log/pa/console.log:

    180208 18:17:40 ERROR [stderr] (ConnectionValidator) Exception in thread "ConnectionValidator" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded
  4. Interval of periodic task "Billing APS entities synchronization" is set to 1 sec.


Software-related issue POA-114689.

PAU service may face OutOfMemory condition caused by task "Billing APS entities synchronization". By default, this task is executed once per minute and if set of received notifications is big enough, OOM condition may occur.


Please contact your Technical Account Manager or a member of Pooled Technical Associate team to check the status of the request.

To workaround the issue, please set the interval of a task to at least 5 minutes and restart OA services on the Management Node.
