Symptoms
A Service Plan that is based on some PEMGATE Service Template has a Resource Rate that is provisioned through DUMMYGATE. A vendor has configured a role with only one privilege PROVISIONING_MANUAL_OPS and set up two provisioning queues to track the status of the plan's provisioning items in different statuses.
A user having such role is able to view the provisioning item when it is in the Manual status. After the status is changed to Completed, the user cannot open that item with a message shown:
No access rights granted to method
Cause
This behaviour caused by the software-related issue PBA-83919. It affects only DUMMYGATE-based provisioning items for resources that belong to some PEMGATE Service Plan.
Resolution
User role can be extended by adding one of the following privileges:
- PRODUCT_MANAG_CONFIGURE
- PRODUCT_MANAG_MODIF_PLANS
- PRODUCT_MANAG_VIEW_PLANS
