Symptoms

Attempt to create new customer account through Billing interface fails:

    We are unable to create new customer account. It gives below error when submitting the request
    HTTP Server returns with error with code art_ptr/shared_shared.hppResource with UID '817d6b2a-38e7-9e6e-fc06-b1845fd3ac84' not found

Cause

Billing's customer classes were not propagated to OA as the periodic tasks "Billing APS entities synchronization" and "Billing registration info propagation" did not complete.

Resolution

Check why periodic tasks "Billing APS entities synchronization" and "Billing registration info propagation" did not complete and take the necessary measures to have that resolved.
