Symptoms
A vendor has followed the Billing Provider's Guide to configure his customers' CCP v2 to display all prices without taxes. Despite the the parameter "Display pre-tax prices and order estimate..." is used, the "Change Resource Limits" wizard of the subscription menu still shows prices with all appplicable taxes included.
Cause
This behaviour was acknowledged as incorrect as reported to the developing team as an internal software issue PBA-83851.
Resolution
No solution is available to change this behaviour. Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate Team at pta@odin.com to clarify the status of this issue.
