For some of the accounts there is "Balance Health" shown under
Why is it shown for specific accounts only?
Balance Health is shown for accounts who owe money to the provider (have some documents that were not payed). It consists of three parts:
- information about outstanding balance, when it appeared;
- information about the documents to pay;
- information about underpayment limit.
As soon as all three points become red, the account will be put on credit hold (of course only it it is configured to put accounts on hold automatically)
It is shown for provider's information - e.g. the customer calls in and asks why the account has been suspended and this information will help the staff to answer the customer's question quickly.
