Symptoms
The following error output is returned within a task:
Internal error: JSON Web Token is expired. Make sure the system date and time on management and service nodes are synchronized. PA agent endpoint: https://10.32.0.24:8352/process.
This particular output can be returned within any slave host regardless its hosted service. The main pattern for this error message is presence of PA agent installed on the node. Thus, such an issue could affect any slave node (Shared Hosting node, DNS server, etc.) but could not affect a node without PA agent (APS application endpoint)
Cause
The time on the management node and slave server were not in sync.
Resolution
Please synchronize the time on the nodes and resubmit the failed task.
