Customer has a subscription based on Dummy Gate. This subscription is not shown in Customer Control Panel among other subscriptions. Is there a way to make such subscriptions manageable?

This behaviour can be archived only since Business Automation 7.0 by developing a script that will allow showing custom services based on Dummy Gate on Customer Control Panel dashboard. Refer to Custom Services Integration documentation to know more details.
For Business Automation with version below 7.0, develop of such script is not possible.
