A reseller's brand is not accessible. On attempt to reach the panel/webmail interface it fails with a timeout error.


The brand was added with a private IP address. As a result, the A-record for points to this private IP address.


  1. Go to OA > Infrastructure > IP Addresses > IP Translations
  2. Click both rules - for ports 80 and 443 - for the corresponding private IP and specify a proper public IP address
  3. Click Submit - after this the system A-record in the DNS zone will change its data from the private IP to the public one.
