Symptoms
Cannot uninstall Exchange-related packaged from an Exchange service node. The LazyInitializationException message is displayed.
Cause
There are existing Exchange organizations provisioned on the Exchange service node.
Resolution
- Go to OA > Services > E-Mail > Other > Services
- Click the Exchange host supposed to be deleted
- Click the Customer Services tab to find the subscriptions which have a service provisioned on this service node
The Exchange services of the found subscriptions should be either unprovisioned or moved to another Exchange node/cluster. In case the services should be re-assigned to another Exchange node/cluster, please contact Odin Technical Support.
