Symptoms
Task Provisioning "Reseller" for APS application Azure Cloud Solution Provider fails (the second and all consequent executions):
APS Application Error: 500 Internal Server Error [unknown] Error while committing the transaction.
azure.log error:
ERROR [com.odin.azure.server.ErrorsHandler] (azure task-15) <APS-APP> Error: com.odin.azure.common.ConstraintViolationException: Error while committing the transaction
Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: duplicate key value violates unique constraint "ak_resellers_internal_id"
Detail: Key (internal_id)=(XXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXX) already exists.
Cause
Software-related issue #APSA-19107: "The reseller provisioning task is not reinterable".
