Symptoms
An order is not placed from the online store, the error message is displayed instead:
"Order cannot be placed. Please contact your Provider"
Cause
There is a fraud screening rule that marks the current order as fraud and does not allow its placement.
Resolution
Check the billing.log to get more details about the exact fraud rule that prevents an order from placement.
