Symptoms
It is not possible to generate/rebuild a PDF form of an invoice:
Operation with NULL value
Cause
An external tool for taxes calculation is used (like EZTax and Vertex). For some order tax calculation failed for some reason (for example, incorrect address was entered for a customer account). A PDF form of a document generated for such order will fail to be rebuilt. This behaviour was acknowledged as an internal software issue with ID PBA-83561. Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate Team at pta@odin.com to clarify the status of PBA-83561.
Resolution
Contact Odin Technical Support to apply the fix for the affected documents.
