Symptoms
In case one tries to enter an irrelevant Postal Code value in CCPv2 > Users > Some User > Actions > View Summary > POSTAL ADDRESS > Edit Postal Address > [Fill the "Country" field] > Zip Code intentionally (like, 00), the following pop up warning appears:
"Zip / Postal Code '' is not valid for Country United States of America".
Actual Zip Code value is absent in the message.
Cause
Software-related issue #APS-43848: "CCPv2: "CCP User Sign Up" application: The 'value' placeholder of the "Zip Code" input field is not displayed in the pop-up hint".
