Symptoms
After upgrade to Odin Automation 7.2 task Execute operation 'massUpdatePanelApps' fails with the error like:
stderr: cp: cannot stat '/usr/local/aps/059873c1-7d17-4f1e-bd25-edea1b5873e2/scripts/config/*': No such file or directory
Cause
Application instance upgrade might initially fail due to various reasons.
However, rollback scenario incorrectly covers the situation, leaving certificates in the temporary location.
As a result, on next task reruns, the application cannot establish a connection with the APS Controller.
This behaviour is acknowledged as CCU-17558.
Resolution
Contact your Technical Account Manager to trace the status of CCU-17558.
Contact Technical Support to fix affected application instances.
