Symptoms
Periodic task manager contains failed tasks "Synchronize resource usage for APS application instance #00001 (Plesk in VPS Panel)" without any particular error. The task may be related to non existent instance.
Cause
Those tasks must not be listed there.
They were created as a result of bug #APS-21573 which was already fixed in OA 7.0, however consequences remained.
The tasks were created for those instances which have no records in saas_application_instances table.
Resolution
To remove the task and add the necessary records to DB contact Odin Technical Support
