Symptoms
'Domain' view of CCP v2 allows user to assign Web Hosting to domain which does already have web hosting assigned by APS application.
Meanwhile behavior of 'Websites' view is correct, OA checks whether domain already has the hosting assigned and does not list it.
Cause
Software issue #POA-114174.
Resolution
The fix is planned to be included in one of the future product updates.
