Standalone Shared hosting NG server is used.

Diskspace usage in CCP does not match actual Apache webspace size on FS.

736.4 MB used of 10 GB

While actually usage is bigger:

    [root@NGHOST01 webspace]# du -sh *
    4.0K backup_data-21124.tar
    1.8M backup_data-37516.tar
    71M backup_data-37517.tar
    4.8G backup_data-38124.tar
    8.0K certs
    8.0K cgi-bin
    28K conf
    20K error_docs
    7.5G httpdocs
    141M httpsdocs
    8.0K pd
    4.0G siteapps
    4.0K webapps
    7.6M webstat
    2.5M webstatssl

The aquota.user file is missed for FS mounted with usrquota option:

    [root@NGHOST01 ~]# mount | grep usrquota
    /dev/mapper/data-vhost on /var/www/vhosts type ext4 (rw,noatime,data=writeback,barrier=0,usrquota)

    [root@NGHOST01 ~]# ls -laht /var/www/vhosts | grep aquota.user
    [root@NGHOST01 ~]#

Rescan FS to create quotas file:

# quotacheck -b -a

It is strongly recommended to run quotacheck with quotas turned off for the filesystem. Otherwise, possible damage or loss to data in the quota files can result. It is also strongly recommended not to run quotacheck on a live filesystem as actual usage may change during the scan. To prevent this, quotacheck tries to remount the filesystem read-only before starting the scan. After the scan is done it remounts the filesystem read-write.
