Symptoms
After successful OAP upgrade one or several service installation tasks Install service on host_id are failing with the following output:
Component #XXX is not installed.
Internal check definitely shows that component #XXX is missing from the database.
Cause
Each of OA agent services on slave nodes is bound to an internal system user. In this case, user has been deleted from OA database. Root cause of this inconsistency is not clear.
Resolution
Please contact Odin Technical Support in order to apply internal workaround for failed tasks.
