Office365 DeploymentAssistant document contains license limits difference against the MS Offer Matrix: CSPServicePlans.json sheet, AF column representing maximum seats amount for Resource Rates in Service Plan.
It is 10000000 in the Microsoft Offer Matrix and "Maximum":-1," - i.e. "Unlimited" - in the DeploymentAssistant document.

DeploymentAssistant document version is not actual.

Behavior has been changed in the Office365DeploymentAssistant.2017.12.1.xlsx document version. In order to change it to customer's needs:

  1. Open the Environment sheet of the Office365DeploymentAssistant.2017.12.1.xlsx document;
  2. Set the "Unlimited" quantity cell value greater, than 10000000. For instance: 50000000;
  3. In that case ServicePlans.json file generated will contains limit values from the CSPLicenseTypes.json sheet (FI column) - i.e. 10000000 (or 300).
