Symptoms
After upgrade to OA 7.x it was found that all tasks Update SpamAssassin white/black lists of mailbox # fail with the following error message:
lstat /var/spamassassin/tb/c/97295/.spamassassin/user_prefs: No such file or directory (errno 2)
This file is not present on spamassassin host, however '.spamassasin' directory is in place. All services are configured correctly and started as usual.
Cause
Not complete follow of spamassassin migration procedure, some steps in 'Restore' sections have been missed.
In particular, the following command was not executed:
/usr/local/pem/bin/spamassassin_ctl -f /usr/local/pem/etc/pleskd.props dumpServiceConfig <Application ID>
That is why user preference files were not generated for customers' mailboxes.
Resolution
Repeat 'Restore' procedure described in documentation. It is safe to do even if some steps have been performed earlier: configuration files will be generated from OA database.
