Periodic tasks, belong to already removed application instances constantly fail.

This behavior could be faced with several APS applications.

Office 365: Periodic tasks Synchronization with Office 365 Portal, belong to already removed application instances fail:

"Specified resource `67b5e8e5-...-8f4e023ab668` is not found."

AzureCSP: Periodic tasks Synchronize resource usage for APS application instance #123 (Azure Cloud Solution Provider), belong to already removed application instances.


Reason: APS resource UID, impersonating application instance, is hardcoded in the periodic task parameters.

Common Feature Request #PFR-1178: "All the periodic tasks registered for the application instance should be automatically removed after app instance removal" has been created to change the bevaior is general.

Software-related issue #APSA-19279: "Office365: "Synchronization with Office 365 Portal" periodic task behavior after application instance is removed" has been submitted to Odin Development team in order to change it in Office 365 application package.
