Provider prepared new Windows image and ran sysprep tool on it. But attempt to provision VPS from this image with OACI fails with no apparent reason: during VE creation pipeline VE disk image is resized and VE is forcefully rebooted. After this Windows OS becomes unbootable, thus further operations are blocked and VE is deleted.

Incorrectly prepared image. Windows instance, prepared by sysprep, requires additional restart to initialize drivers.

After issuing sysprep command (like sysprep.exe /generalize /oobe /shutdown) please wait until drivers are initialized and system is restarted.

Documentation request CCU-17421 was submitted to provide a guidance for sysprep-created images.
