Symptoms

  1. User cannot login to webmail interface from the CCP. The different error thrown by webmail:

    Wrong credentials

    or

    User disabled

    or

    User does not exist

  2. Direct login to webmail with credential submitted manually works OK.

  3. The login of user is different from the mailbox the user owns.

  4. Cause

OA generates wrong webmail login link.

OA substitutes user's login name to login to webmail interface while it should be the name of mailbox assigned to user, which might be different.

The situation is caused by software issue #POA-113889. The fix is planned to be included in one of the future product updates.

Workaround

Login to webmail manually.
