An attempt to switch a subscription plan/period fails with an error message:

“There is an uncompleted Change Order #XXX related to it. You should remove this Order first.”

The mentioned Change Order #XXX has status "Canceled". In the "Provisioning Items" tab of this order it can be seen that the order was canceled by the billing:

In addition, some of the subscription's resources can have inappropriate statuses like Failed, Provisioning, or Ordered with the "Order Number" field referenced to the Change Order #XXX.


The issue is caused by an internal software issue with ID #PBA-74673. Contact your Technical Account Manager or Pooled Technical Associate Team at to clarify the status of this issue.


To fix the affected subscription, it is required to modify the billing database records. Contact the Technical Support team to apply the fix.
