Symptoms
When the customer of a reseller tries to restore password via "Forgot password" button on OA control panel login screen the corresponding "Send notification to..." task is created, however it fails with:

Missing '"'
Cause
The reseller company name, which is a vendor of affected customer, contains unclosed '"' symbol, for example 'The "Company name'.
This behavior is recognized as software-related issue #POA-113806: Unable to send notifications if vendor company name contains unclosed double-quote character.
Resolution
Please close the '"' character with the matching one or remove it completely. To clarify the status of the issue, please contact a member of Pooled Technical Associates team via pta@odin.com or your Technical Account Manager.
