If user has a service from disabled/removed subscription assigned, it's name is not displayed in CCP v2. Error 404 is thrown when attempting to check affected user's details.


The root cause is the software issue #APS-43434. It leads to the situation when users remain linked to removed subscription.

Software issue #APS-43414 causes the error 404 when customer attempt to check the details of user with disabled service.

The fixes are planned to be included in one of the future produce updates.
