Symptoms
A QMail host is scheduled to be removed. Task Cleanup packages on host fails:
Plesk.ExSystem: javax.ejb.EJBTransactionRolledbackException: Failed to process executeDeinstallSequence for pkgId: 5641, ex message is: org.hibernate.exception.ConstraintViolationException: could not execute statement
Failure reason in the core.log:
Caused by: org.postgresql.util.PSQLException: ERROR: update or delete on table "services" violates foreign key constraint "sa_mail_services_fk0" on table "sa_mail_services"
osscore.pa.isp-net.nl : Detail: Key (service_id)=(93) is still referenced from table "sa_mail_services".
Cause
Some packages were removed from the node manually, so the order of removal is shattered.
Spam Assassin service references were not properly removed as a result.
Resolution
Please contact Odin Technical Support to fix the issue.
