Symptoms

  1. For an OACI Plesk in VPS subscription, Login to Plesk button does not work, the resulting web page is empty.

  2. The following error appears in browser console.log (note the IPv6 address in the URL):

    aps.js?apsUIRuntimeVersion=2.4-321:29 DOMException: Failed to execute 'replace' on 'Location': 'https://be80::170:16fe:ce8a:33f1:8443/enterprise/rsession_init.php?PLESKSESSID=86b93b18d400292a56ed057d269b4bb1&PHPSESSID=86b93b18d400292a56ed057d269b4bb1' is not a valid URL.

Cause

The behavior is recognized as an OACI issue CCU-17354 Unable to log in to Plesk if Plesk public IP is IPv6.

Resolution

The issue was completely fixed in Odin Automation version 7.3.
