Symptoms
After upgrade to 7.2, reseller's staff member is not able to manage sales persons and branches settings. Menu System > Settings > Finance > Sales is absent.
Cause
Privilege BUILTIN_SALES_PERSONS_VIEW_CONFIG is absent in the reseller's role. It was added in scope of a new feature "More Flexible Sales Persons and Sales Branches Configuration" in 7.2. After upgrade the privilege was added to all necessary roles but not added to Reseller Service Templates. So after reseller synchronization the privilege is removed from reseller's roles.
This behaviour was acknowledged as a software related issue with ID PBA-82855.
Resolution
Contact Odin Technical Support to resolve the issue as the solution requires billing database interventions.
