Skype for Business PSTN Domestic Calling Addon has incorrect possible parents license specified.
Please check the latest Deployment Assistant document in order to check valid possible parents for this Addon.
At present, the following licenses could be used as possible parents:
- Skype for Business Cloud PBX
- Office 365 Enterprise E5 without PSTN Conferencing
- Office 365 Enterprise E5
- Microsoft 365 E5
- Microsoft 365 E5 without PSTN Conferencing
- Microsoft 365 E5 without PSTN Conferencing (Government Pricing)
But please check the latest Deployment Assistant to obtain valid info.
Please be aware about the first "possible parent" member -
Skype for Business Cloud PBX is an Addon too. Support for Multi-level Offer Model (add-ons for add-ons) is implemented in Office 365 application version 18.1.
Please contact your Technical Account Manager and schedule upgrade to Office 365 18.1 in order to implement ability to add an Addon as parent for another Addon on your platform.
