The Office 365 tab in CCP invites to activate subdomain. Activation attempt fails with the following error:
Can't create account: Password is expired.
When corresponding reseller tries to log into the Microsoft Online Portal, it asks for the password change.
In the meantime, Sales Order may be in the Long Running Operation status, and there is Provisioning "Subscription" for the APS application Office 365 task, which queues with the Rescheduled status.
Vendor's password expired on the Microsoft side.
Set a new password in MOP and update Application Instance settings with the new credentials:
- Proceed to PCP > Services > Applications > Office 365 > Instances > $required instance > Office 365 > Settings
- Update properties Administrator's login for connecting to Microsoft Online and Administrator's password for connecting to Microsoft Online.
